Streetwise Seller Financing

If you are interested in seller financing, this is the book you must have. As a practicing attorney for 30+ years, specializing in real estate, I thought I knew it all but I even learned some things from Mr. Speed's book. He speaks to the issues facing seller financing in a way that is easy to understand and follow with real world solutions. This is a tough area with many dangerous curves but Streetwise Seller Financing addresses each issue providing valuable tips to assist the seller. I found the book to be of more help then many of the legal books due to the fact that Mr. Speed does not give you theory but just important facts on the correct way. I have dealt with many lenders in my years of law practice that could have used this book.

I've done private financing using seller notes for over 20 years. In this field, knowledge and integrity are of extreme importance. This book provides all the knowledge that any note seller will ever need, and more. We've always known this method of funding can quadruple the inquiries and double the qualified buyers, now the average seller knows how everything works. That's a hundred times better than being at the mercy of the institutional mortgage system as it now exists.

As a note broker, I can recommend this book to anyone considering seller financing. Whether you plan to collect payments for 30 years or you want to sell your note at some time in the future, this book will help you create a note that is more likely to be an asset you can sell instead of a life time headache. This book is a guide for the creation of the note and a reference for managing it. It even has helpful ideas for what to do when things go wrong during the life of the note. This book proves that good things come in small packages. Every note holder should keep it handy. I plan to.

In the past, many genetic polymorphisms have been suspected to be associated with diseases. The most extensively studied markers are blood groups, enzymes, and serum proteins. A comprehensive account of published studies, totalling approximately 1,000, of these markers is available in a book by Mourant et al.

Past is past

My mama was an avid reader. I remember her speaking of the flood and the blood saying, "If you want to know about your mama and her beliefs read the flood and the blood." For many years I have searched for this book. I did not have the through part is why I couldn't find it. I have falling short in giving God credit for who I am and where I am today. And I hold onto my past. I forgive others but I fall short in forgiving myself. I am a work in progress. This book in for those who believe and those who don`t. It is about leaving the past behind moving forward without judgement .

James Beebe, retired professor of leadership studies at Gonzaga University and director of the Center for Rapid Qualitative Inquiry, is a social activist and an applied social scientist whose more than twenty years of experience includes service as a foreign service officer with USAID, researcher, and consultant in developing countries. He is currently a visiting researcher in the anthropology department at Portland State University.

He analyzes the representation of the dictator as a mythological figure, his legacy, the role of his doubles, his favorite courtiers and acolytes, and the role of women during the so-called Era of Trujillo.He also traces the evolution and significance of these narratives from a theoretical perspective that falls within the cultural studies framework. The study of the Dominican testimonio and the unveiling of the Taino myth in the "Trujillato narratives" are particularly innovative.
