Very unpleasant book

The first thing my teacher did was tell the class most of her past students tell her they hate this book, but she was basically used to it. This book is riddled with errors, my professor constantly had to correct it (typos, misinformation, mislabeled graphs and charts). Very unpleasant to read. 2 stars because it is pretty cheap and it IS a textbook, so it does have a lot of good information in it. I recommend finding a different textbook, because it is a very immersive and interesting field of study.

concise with good schematics. Good use of bolded vocabulary and visually highlighted summary boxes. the reproductive section (specifically the development of the embryo) was a little confusing though. Everything else was great.
